garden courtyard and pool area.
Our Begonia Meeting Room can comfortably accommodate 82 attendees. When it is used in conjunction with the outdoor courtyard, 100 can be accommodated. The room can also be divided in half by means of a soundproof wall, allowing smaller gatherings to take place. Audio-visual equipment and a handsome lectern are available for use. Your attendees will have access to a fax machine, photocopier, and elegantly decorated public restrooms. The room is also serviced with ultra high-speed Internet connections.
You'll be impressed with the décor of our meeting room. We have adorned it with the begonia flower, the emblem of Capitola. Johnson's Art Studio, whose work has featured in Hollywood productions, custom-made all of the lighting. Just outside the main entrance to the meeting room, there is a lovely fountain that greets your guests. During breaks, attendees can stroll through the hallways of the hotel to enjoy an intriguing exhibit of artwork commissioned by the Capitola Begonia Festival, Art & Wine Festival and Wharf-to-Wharf Race.
